Our Pedal Crue ramps are designed to be tough, portable and fun, but a little care goes a long way towards keeping them performing at their best.

Keep It Dry

Our ramps are made from high-quality birch plywood and coated to help protect the surface and colour.

Store your ramp in a cool, dry place, such as a garage or shed.
Do not leave it outside in the rain or damp conditions.
Light rain and wet tyres are generally fine, but avoid riding in heavy rain or prolonged wet conditions. The surface can become slippery when wet.
Allow your ramp to dry fully before storing it.
Keep it off damp ground to help prevent moisture damage.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as UV exposure can gradually fade the finish.

Keeping your ramp dry and properly stored will help prevent swelling, warping and premature wear.

Follow the included assembly instructions carefully.
Use the supplied hardware.
Make sure your ramp is correctly assembled and positioned on a flat, stable surface before riding.
Always wear appropriate protective equipment, including a helmet.
Check regularly for loose bolts, cracks or damage.
Stop using the ramp if you notice anything that could affect its safety.

Wipe your ramp down with a dry or slightly damp cloth after use. Avoid harsh cleaners and pressure washers.

Check bolts and fixings regularly, tightening them when needed.

When it's time to retire your ramp, please recycle the wood and metal components responsibly wherever local recycling facilities allow.
