Delivery Information

We aim to get your Pedal Crue gear out to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.

Processing Your Order

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days after payment has cleared.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During particularly busy periods or product launches, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Free UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK Mainland delivery on all orders.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Smaller parcels: 1–3 working days
  • Ramps and larger parcels: 2–4 working days

Need something urgently? Email sales@pedalcrue.co.uk before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only, but we’re working on expanding our delivery options.

If you’re outside the UK and interested in ordering, get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.

Delivery & Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to you once your order leaves our workshop.

Please check that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to amend it before dispatch.

Some deliveries may require a signature or photographic confirmation.

If you miss a delivery, your tracking information should provide instructions for redelivery or collection.

Ramps & Larger Items

Our ramps are supplied flat-packed to make transport and storage easier.

Each ramp includes the required hardware and assembly instructions.

Because some parcels are large and heavy, we recommend having someone available to receive the delivery where possible.

Looking After Your Ramp

Looking After Your Ramp

Our ramps are made using high-quality birch plywood and coated to help protect the surface and colour.

When not in use, store your ramp in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to rain, damp conditions or direct sunlight.

Although we do our best to protect and coat the plywood, prolonged UV exposure can gradually affect the finish and cause colours to fade over time.

Keeping your ramp dry and out of strong sunlight when not in use will help prevent swelling, warping and colour fade, and keep it performing at its best for longer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your UK order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a few clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and product and email sales@pedalcrue.co.uk within 48 hours so we can help.

Pre-Orders & Custom Builds

Made-to-order products and custom builds may take a little longer.

We’ll provide an estimated build and dispatch time and keep you updated along the way.
