Changed your mind? No worries.
You can return any unused, unassembled product within 14 days of receiving it — just make sure it’s still in its original packaging. You’ll just need to cover the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your ramp arrives damaged or not what you ordered, drop us an email at sales@pedalcrue.co.uk within 48 hours with a few photos, and we’ll fix it fast — replacement, refund, or repair, no hassle.

We can’t take back:

Used or modified products
Custom or made-to-order ramps
Items damaged from improper use or storage

Refunds are processed within 14 days once the returned product lands back with us.

Warranty

Every Pedal Crue ramp comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering material and manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty doesn’t cover:

Wear and tear
Damage from misuse, neglect, or incorrect assembly
Water or weather damage (see our care guide below)

Your order number or proof of purchase
Photos of the issue
A quick description of what happened

We’ll get back to you quickly with a solution — repair, replacement, or refund.
